Start with the shoe size you usually wear (any brand). If you’re unsure, use the chart below.
If you’re used to regular sneakers, ORTHOWALK’s Barefoot Five-Motion series
will feel roomier and more natural the first time you slip them on.
Fit is personal, but we’re here to help you move toward a vibrant, natural “barefoot” lifestyle.
Important Fit Note
This series uses an anatomical, foot-shaped last with individual toe spaces,
and no extra "toe gap" like traditional shoes.
The upper is designed with 2–3 mm of natural tension room, not as extra toe gap,
but to allow your toes to spread and move freely within their individual spaces,
encouraging a healthier, more natural foot function.
? You do not need to size up to compensate.
Instead, match your actual foot length (in cm) to the range listed for the most secure, barefoot feel.
Sock or Barefoot Fit?
If you wear toe socks, we recommend sizing up by one for extra comfort and room.
If you go barefoot, choose your true size based on actual foot length.

● We recommend choosing your size based on your actual foot length,
referring to the suggested foot length range provided in the size chart above.
Please allow a ±2mm tolerance due to manufacturing and foam compression;
this is normal for IP-injected midsoles.
● The toe box is wider than average, but there's no extra room
in the front—only 5–8mm of functional space for natural toe splay.
● The upper is made from high-quality TPU with firm structure and limited stretch.
If you're wearing the shoe for the first time and experience rubbing, we suggest trying them with socks initially.
